Your body wants a peeling? Like all my recipes, this refreshing peeling is easy to make and natural.
You need:
3 tablespoons of (Himalayan) salt
1 teaspoon of olive oil or one of your choice
2-3 drops of lavender essential oil
1 small bowl
Give the (Himalayan) salt, the olive oil and 2 drops of lavender essential oil in a small bowl and mix it. I rub my body with the mixture (in the shower) and then rines it off. This way, my skin feels less oily.
Of course, sea salt or another salt from your household is also suitable. In this case, be careful, that the salt contains no iodine.
