You need:
1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), 3% solution
Sponge or toilet brush with edge cleaner
Cleaning gloves

Put the hydrogen peroxide into the toilet bowl and let it soak for about 30 minutes. Afterwards brush the bowl as usual with the toilet brush or sponge. Please always wear household gloves. You will see your toilet bowl will shine again.

The hydrogen peroxide with the chemical formula H2O2 has been known for about 200 years and is an often used household remedy. Unfortunately, it has fallen somewhat into oblivion.

For household purposes, it is diluted to a 3% solution. Also in this weaker form you should handle it carefully, wear gloves and avoid direct eye contact. For high percentage solutions, it is recommended to wear protective goggles. High concentration leads to burns. You can buy hydrogen peroxide in the pharmacy in diluted form only.
